![]() Again, all I need is to eliminate the annoying horizontal vibration. ![]() After applying stabilization in Mercalli, the camera follows the guitarists' guitar in its every movement, as if the camera was rigged / tied to his guitar. For example, in the original video, the frame is locked / still (except for the horizontal vibration) with the guitarist is jumping and singing. I've also tried Warp Stabilizer with worse results. Whichever camera setting I use (Glide, Alternate, Universal) Mercalli stabilizes the subject in the frame (a guitar player at a concert, running, jumping and dancing) locking onto his guitar, introducing a lot more movement in the frame and making the video worse, not better. I need just to eliminate these jitters / vibrations as I feel they're distracting to the point of ruining the video, but cannot figure out how to do it! I'm using mainly ProDaD Mercall V2 inside Premiere Pro CC. Motion is blur is not a big problem, as shutter speed was set to 1/80, but rolling shutter is, with a slight but visible 'wave' distorting the picture. Apart from this horizontal vibration, the camera movement is quite stable and deliberate, with the occasional horizontal pan and zoom-in and out, but again quite smooth and without sudden or random movements. ![]() ![]() Guess I'm drinking too much coffee and/or getting old real quick. ![]() In a video I filmed handheld, there is a visible and annoying horizontal vibration in the video, measuring 15 to 50 pixels, with a frequency of 5 to 7 vibrations a second. After tearing my hair out I'm begging for the forum's help on the subject. ![]()
